Appe ye recipe south indian main lokpriya hai. South indian main ise appam kaha jata hai. Ye dish gharelu saman se hi banati hai. Ye sabhi dal ko mix karke banti hai. Dikhne main ye bilkul golgappe ki tarah hote hai. Bacche ko ye bohot pasand aate hai. Hamare yaha ise appe kehte hai.
Appe banane ki samagri
- 3 Cup chaval
- 1 cup udid dal
- 1 cup mung dal
- 1 cup chana dal
- 2 medium pyaj barik kate hue
- 1 table spoon sarso
- 1 tea spoon jira
- 1 tea spoon hari mirch barik kati hue
- 8-10 kadi patta
- 1 chtaki hing
- Namak swad anusar
- 1 table spoon Hara dhaniya
Appe banane ki vidhi
Chaval aur sabhi dal ko acche se dho kar saf kar le. Use thode gungune pani me 2-3 ghante bhigokar rakhe. Usme se pani chankar 1-2 cup pani dalkar mixer me graind kar le. Chaval ko bhi mixer se nikal kar padte bana le uska paste mulayam hona chahiye. Us paste ko ratbhar dhak kar rakhe. Use thoda khamir ane ke liye chod de.
Agli subah ek choti kadhai me tel garm kare, usme pyaj dalkar medium anch pe 3-5 min tak bhun le. Usme sarso, jira, hari mirch, kadipatta aur hing dalkar acche se mila le. Us tadke ko ghol me dale aur thoda namak dalkar acche se mila le. Ghol me thoda pani dalkar gadha ghol bana le.
Gas pe appe ke sanche ko rakhe. Gas ko medium anch pe rakhe. Sanche ko thoda tel laga le. Har sanche main thoda thoda ghol dal le aur sunhera hone tak pakaye. Kate ki madat se appe ko ulta kar le aur dusari taraf se bhi sunhera hone tak pakne de.
Appe ko sunhera hone ke bad gas ko bnd kare. Appe ko sifr 6-7 min tak hi pakne dena chahiye. Appe ko ek dish me nikal le uske sath nariyal ki chatani ya tomato ki chatni bhi serve kar sakte hai. Usase dish bhi acchi dikhti hai hai aur swad bhi accha ata hai.
